Image Content Restrictions
To ensure platform safety and compliance, uploading the following types of image content is strictly prohibited:
- •Images containing violence, gore, or horror elements
- •Pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content
- •Inappropriate content involving minors
- •Hate speech, discriminatory, or inflammatory content
- •Images that violate others' privacy or portrait rights
- •Content related to illegal activities
- •False information or misleading content
AI-Specific Prohibited Content
The following uses of our AI image editing services are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- •Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Creating nude, undressed, or sexually explicit images of any real person without their explicit consent, including "deepnude" or "undressing" manipulations
- •Deepfakes: Realistic fake media depicting real individuals in fabricated scenarios, particularly for deception, harassment, defamation, or non-consensual purposes
- •Document Forgery: Creating or modifying government IDs, passports, licenses, certificates, diplomas, financial documents, or any official documentation
- •Child Exploitation: Any content that sexualizes minors in any form (zero tolerance - immediately reported to authorities)
- •Identity Theft: Creating content to impersonate real individuals for fraud, phishing, scams, or unauthorized purposes
- •Disinformation: Generating realistic fake images intended to spread false information, manipulate public opinion, or deceive
Portrait Rights & Consent Requirements
When uploading images containing identifiable individuals, you must:
- •Have explicit consent from all identifiable individuals for AI processing
- •Be the person depicted, OR have legal authorization to submit on their behalf
- •Ensure the intended use complies with portrait rights and privacy laws in your jurisdiction
- •Not create content intended to harass, embarrass, or cause distress
Important: Uploading images of others without consent for harmful purposes may violate laws in many jurisdictions and could result in civil or criminal liability for you.
Text Content Guidelines
When using AI editing features, please ensure your text prompts meet the following requirements:
- •Must not contain violent, threatening, or intimidating language
